Hacking WLAN/BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

Hello,
sorry for english i am french,
I have a problem with a psvita 1000,
When I check the wifi I have directly the message not connected and no search is done,

I am in version 3.18,

If I try to activate Bluetooth I get error "C4-3098-0"

In short neither the Bluetooth works nor the wifi

Any one to an idea of the problem whether hardware or software?

Try using a different wifi connection e.g WEP WPA WPA2 etc
I'm guessing that the YYY and II are your routers channels?
As for the Bluetooth what are you trying to connect to?

for wifi i haved jsut add manualy but not works,
for bluetooth when i activate it, it's freezing and most shutdown the psvita...
