Hello GBATEMP, how are you today? Mind answering some 3ds questions?

I'm new, joined a little over a week ago. Even though i just made my account, i've been lurking around for a while and it seemed like a nice place with a great community. I would have never been able to set up my wii with all the usb loading and stuff without this website. I just followed 3ds.guide on my white n3ds last friday, already had a9lh on a black one. I was wondering some things and i was wondering if anyone would help me out.

-Does NTR CFW work on 11.2+?
-If so, could someone point me to the appropriate place to learn more about it?
-Is it possible to wrap NES roms into .cia files for easy 3ds play?
-where can i buy a reliable 128gb micro sd cheaply?
-What advanteges come with NAND emulation on a 3ds? i know the wii made great use of it due to the small storage limit.

Thanks for the help guys. Is there a better way to do custom themes than CHMM2? i wanted to be able to switch when i close the lid like i can with my purchased themes.

Hi I get all my themes from here:

Then install them via the homebrew app CHMM

I install and then reboot only takes a few seconds
