I need it to complete the installation in Sysnad backup/restore ! Last step but i domt have it and in the 3ds.guide i didnt find it
If you do not already have a NAND backup, backup SysNAND to NANDmin.bin when prompted by pressing (A)
- Having a backup of your device’s NAND is REQUIRED.
- Skipping this backup will result in the LOSS of all installed games and saves!
The nandmin.bin is s backup of your entire nand for either when something goes wrong or you need to upgrade back to another firmware. If you didn't back it up, if you have a new3ds, you'll have to do a 9.2 ctrtransfer. If you're on an old 3ds, you can just update back to 11.2 like normal. Either way you lose all of your data. First though, check both the files9 folder and the root of your sd card to see if it's there.I need it to complete the installation in Sysnad backup/restore ! I didnt back up because i didnt have anything saved on my 3ds because its all new (but its an o3ds) so what should i do i order to do that? The nandmin.bin is s backup of your entire nand for either when something goes wrong or you need to upgrade back to another firmware. You messed up. It clearly states that you need to backup your nand anyway to restore afterwards. If you did successfully install arm9loaderhax though, and goldong select on boot will bring up the luma config, just go into system settings and update normally. First though, make a nand backup just in case something goes wrong before you update.I didnt back up because i didnt have anything saved on my 3ds because its all new (but its an o3ds) so what should i do i order to do that?
I didnt do that because i didnt have any saved files on my 3ds sodo you remember the part where the guide says:
So i need to go to luma by going into its menu?( Which is when i log into the browser right? Well something like that) then whatYou messed up. I just said go into the luma config to make sure a9lh is installed. After that, take decrypt9wip.bin rename it to arm9.bin and load the browser exploit you uses to launch safea9lh installer. Make a nand backup, then go into system settings and update your console.I didnt do that because i didnt have any saved files on my 3ds so

Well first they should do a nand baclup, just in case they get f*cked which is super easy to do.Simply go on with the next step, it's the only thing you can do now.
You could only have problems running ds games (I read something about it somewhere, after finishing the guid try and let us know).
I cant go on in next step because when running the restore back up it doesnt work it needs the backup like u saidSimply go on with the next step, it's the only thing you can do now.

obviously go on skipping the restore. but make a sysnand backup so you can restore the 3ds from a brick if something goes wrong.I cant go on in next step because when running the restore back up it doesnt work it needs the backup like u said
I love how people just ignore steps then come whining about why they are stuck. It's always a cringeworthy time at the temp whenever a new downgrade method comes out.
Yep. This past week it has been a cluster fuck of people with issues, not following the guide or used a video instead.
It's funny when experienced people try to help and they still don't listen.
It's even better when decrypt9 is all like "want to create a backup? Alrighty, let me take some time to 'create' it.. .. .. There we go, finished backing up and creating NANDmin.bin, it's in /files9, so just believe me. *later in the guide* So, you want to restore your previously 'created' NANDmin.bin? WELL, TOO BAD. I DIDN'T CREATE IT AT ALL, LULZ" (happened to me, haha) I still successfully did the whole thing, with the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer "workaround", but it was really weird. Same thing happened to a friend last night, only used decrypt9WIP linked in the guide.I love how people just ignore steps then come whining about why they are stuck. I think we mainly come here for the news and 35% to help people but this recent week is like TOO much , Anyways @Yussepino2000 since its a o3ds go into safemode and update to the latest firmware .
P.S this time FOLLOW THE GUIDE!
I have too much free time in between periods in high school so...... More work for me.I mainly come for the news and drop the odd comment here and there. I personally stopped helping now (depends on the help needed now and circumstances involved tbh).
I know a few others have stopped too, as it's mentally draining over time.
