The title may seem confusing, but I am just asking how to inject a full color game, that it is gameboy compatible, that is in a GB format, into a GBC VC?

Do you mean something like Wario Land 2? It works on both gb and gbc, I don't know how the vc emulator is going to respond. Give it a try and please let us know ;)
Yes, like Wario Land 2. I tried it out and I can't change the extension to a GBC file, meaning that isn't a option, and the VC injector doesn't have any options to fix it.

There has to be someone who knows this on reddit, I mean they have injected Pokémon gold and silver for the vc. Have you tried to inject it in a gbc vc game?
Don't know if you have tried that all ready.

Most gb type 2 games are on "that site" so it can be be possible ;) I personally never tried to inject a game, but wanted to help you with different ideas, or maybe keep this subject on the first page and hoping that anyone reads this instead of 'help I f****ed my 3ds up after trying to install an alpha version of soundhax, and my sister closed the lid' topics :D

Using a hex editor, go into the game and go to address 0x143.
Change the value there to 0xC0 and save the ROM. It will now only support Gameboy Color, and will boot directly into GBC mode.

The .gb ROM itself.
EDIT: Note that this only works with GBC compatible games. Normal GB games will boot, but they will be in white because they have no actual palette initialized.

Yeah, I tried with Pokémon Red, white screen (but I hear the sound).

Actually, what I want, is play Pokémon GB games, on the VC engine, but with their GBC colors, like when they are played in VBA

Red, Blue, or Green don't support Gameboy Color. No GBC colors exist in the roms.
Pokemon Yellow is more interesting. Its GBC mode was specifically created for the localization, and it was never a GBC game in Japan.

How do you do this? In detailed terms. Will it work in the GBC vc injector?
