Homebrew Can't adjust my internet settings without freezing, and I can't update my system

I'm currently on 9.2.0 after doing the crt transfer, and I can't seem to update without going into a dns server. And everytime I go to the internet settings to change the dns stuff it freezes up. What can I do to fix these problems??

I've finished the guide completely. But when I first got to the part, I still had the same problem of needing to update the cfw from system settings, and it just wouldn't update so I had to input a custom dns to resolve it, but now I can't even do that.

Try redoing the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer, then try to system update. I've Googled your issue and I don't find much. I'm going to say this was a fluke and something didn't take with the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer.
