Hacking System Config Tool

I encountered a weird issue with installing system config tool on sysNAND. it created a question mark tile on redNAND. the version on rednAND did not create a question mark tile on sysNAND. I'm assuming it's a bug. I didn't think the NANDs would be linked in this way when they shouldn't be. I was using mocha cfw and wup to install.

Why have sys config on sysNAND if you use redNAND. Kinda defeats the point of installing to sysnand.

You have to format sysNAND after you created your redNAND to unlink them.
