Homebrew Jpn n3ds won't run american/other region snes games with arm9

I'm trying to run american snes games on my jpn new 3ds and they just crash whenever I try to run them, can someone help me? I'm on firmware 11.2.

A9lh is not a cfw. Do you use luma, corbenik, reinand, rxtools?

Oh duh, the picture shows the luma error screen. I shouldve seen that. I couldnt imagine why this happens, though ik out of region games work on mine. Try arranging your config to look like mine and see if that helps:

if it helps at all i'm pretty sure it's just snes games. I've tried other us games and they work just fine.

Thats what i thought, i said to match all of my settings in the photo, that being one of them.

This worked. Thanks a bunch! I just had to create the locales folder and make the title id txt. Works great now. Thanks again!
