I have to say, I'm a complete idiot for straight up deleting my nand backup and the other files with it. I'm trying to use a SD card recovery tool to being the stuff back and its only showing my Nand. Is it possible to put in my nand without the other files? Also what is stored on the nand? If I cant recover them then I lost about $100 worth of stuff and some people on my friends list.

If you already have a9lh, a backup's only useful to unbrick your device with a hardmod nowadays.

Does the 3DS boot?
Yes. I'm on 9.2 now with decrypt9 and my 3ds works perfectly fine. I just need the nand to get my stuff back. I'm going to try tomorrow now that I have my nand. I hope it works without the other small files.

I'm going to use decrtypt9 tomorrow to try and restore my nand. I didn't brick, I just wanted to get my stuff back.

if the current setup works, then no need just make a backup of what you have now

If you deleted the nand backup and recovered it with a program, I would highly advise against using that backup unless you have the sha for it as well so it can be verified. If you don't then you may end up flashing a NAND that will mostly work, but may be corrupted in a few spots that can have undesired affects, and even potentially causing a brick. I would honestly just cut loses at this point. You can replay your games, but spending money on a whole new 3ds console for those saves isn't worth it to me.

No! Please stop telling that, that's bullshit. ALWAYS keep at least one working backup, as it can safe your ass, if you mess up with NAND, but still have access to hourglass9.

Unbrick your device. The only other reason to keep a backup is to uninstall a9lh, which can be done by ctrtransferring to 9.2 and uninstalling a9lh through SafeA9LHInstaller.
