Hacking Stuck on Firmware 2.1 after trying to use arm11.bin

So I followed the following tutorial:



and now on the step, when I downgraded my system from 11.2 to 2.1 and tiped the link ( http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin )
it just says that my client does not have permission!
Now Im stuck on 2.1 and I cant do any system updates.

I am just gonna post a picture of it here..
Please help me!

Do not follow any video tutorials, as they tend to get outdated quickly plus skipping alot of important steps or using a specific system unique OTP file from another system, like what @Joom said in above, follow Plailect's 3DS guide about installing A9LH instead.

You're sure you're typing http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin in correctly? You've made sure there are no errors whatsoever, right?

Are you maybe trying to input the URL into the Google Search bar? Also NEVER update a New3DS/2DS when on 2.1.0, you will most likely brick.

Based on your image, you're searching it instead of typing in a URL.

It's a guaranteed brick for an N3DS. 2DS should be fine since it uses the O3DS firmware (but just do a transfer to be safe). You just shouldn't format a 2DS on 2.1 because you'll get stuck at the 3D calibration setup forever.

Okay now I know what I did wrong, its a pretty terrible mistake from me...
I searched in the google bar like josamilu said thanks for helping !!
