Homebrew Lost my eshop account and downloaded games, how can I get them back?

So for the past day I have been trying to hack my 3ds with soundhax and all that jazz. and I followed the guide very closely and was able to get all of my games and stuff back onto the 3ds. The problem arose when I went to the eshop, it said there was an error, the eshop restarted and all of my games were gone when I went to the home menu of the 3ds. What can I do to get back my games?

Is you NNID still attached to the 3ds? and what error does it give you

• Go to System Settings, NNID Settings and sign back into the NNID
• If it doesn't let you, let us know what the error is (if it says your NNID is linked to another console -> you probably system transferred from this console. That means you need to find the target console and transfer back)

Did you add an email to your account? If not your probably screwed, call nintendo if thats the case

Nintendo can actually look up your purchase history through the systems serial number, I did this when one of my old 3DSs was stolen way back and they transferred it to my new one for me when I called them.

That's good because then you can just sign back in, might lose your saves but at least not your purchases.
