So Ive seen on places like /r/3dshacks and even here with cases of bricking using the alpha
build.

So just a warning to those, WAIT for nedwill to say its official without bugs and stuff..

As already stated the exploits have absolutely nothing to do with the brick. Please quit posting misleading threads. The exploit either works or does not. If it doesn't it doesn't brick as it changed nothing in the system. The brick is either user error or an unfortunate bug in the ctrtransfer method that caused them plain and simple. To blame this on the exploits being unoficcial/alpha builds is simply dumb and shows you don't understand how they work or what they do.

The dev said himself use at your own risk being buggy/alpha build being fasthax, not the others. essentially.

Regardless of that the exploit simply doesn't make any change to the system and a reboot after running it will prove that. However having ARM11/9 access give users the ability to use very risky software. In short the problem is not the exploits

i think its not considered as a brick. it just that people like you said "dumb" and didnt understand how they work or what they do are the majority(?) of people done it and have so many problem.

Dumb people tends to do dumb things. I used the fasthax+safehax build from Zoogie and now I'm with A9LH+Luma3DS fully functional (already gone in a freeshop rampage btw). The people who bricked are the ones who skiped some step from the Plailect's Guide or didn't paid attention.

Indeed. Like I said these bricks have nothing to do with the exploit. Its simply user error or a bug in the decrypt9 app. Either way I would still advise not using these tools unless you understand exactly what you are doing to your device. Tbh the guide is both helpful and harmful. It helps reduce the number of bricks but it also increases the number of users trying the a9lh hack without both knowing the risks and what they are doing to the device. Either way use caution trying to downgrade/a9lh your device. Not because the exploit might be unstable and fail but because you are using software that is homebrew (by definition not likely to be perfectly stable/tested...) That has access to make changes to NAND.

Fasthax beta is coming soon. Why can't people wait? Or just use waithax if you can't wait for days then wait for hours.
Presumably because the fasthax + safehax build works fine for a fair number of people, despite the fact that fasthax isn't polished yet? Despite the scaremongering of this thread, if fasthax can take you to Decrypt9, it doesn't really matter that the exploits that got it there weren't perfect.
