Hacking NNID not linkable after installing A9LH on N3DSXL 11.2E

So I followed the steps on https://3ds.guide/decrypt9-(homebrew-launcher) and when completed tried to log into my nnid but I get the error saying it's linked to another system. Any help? I had bought a bunch of games on it and fear I may have lost them.

Did you do any system transfers? If so, the NNID is now linked to the target system.

Did you create the NNID on this console? If you did, it doesn't make sense.
There's no way to fix it, except try to work out what you did that made your NNID be linked to another console.

I'm calling Nintendo tomorrow to get the NNID unlinked from wherever it was linked to but all I did was do a factory reset before installing the CFW

iirc factory reset erases NNID but doesnt unlink

Call Nintendo and ask them to unlink the NNID for you I had to do that when I did the DSI downgrade with a 11.0 New 3DS XL.

Yup a o3DS XL and my current N3DS XL.

Did you do the install of A9LH with both consoles or just 1? Cause my worry is since I used 1 console I only have 1 serial number which I can give them. And they'll see that it's the same serial number that was on the nnid

Yes both my N3DS XL and my o3DS XL have A9LH they will ask a few questions about the account and all that security things for example I got asked what I bought.

UPDATE: Called Nintendo and gave them a few details. Even with the same serial number they didn't bother with any issues. They should have it done for me by tonight. Will update with any changes

So I was able to log back in with no issues after waiting a few hours
