Yes. Overclocking the Vita isn't necessarily pushing the hardware past the limits like you would assume it does, it simply clocks games up to the "Sony-approved" max frequency the Vita can use. A lot of games don't use it because it limits battery life a bit, but it's totally fine to leave it running at the highest frequency setting in BetterAmphetamin/Oclock Vita.
Overclocking increases the frequency at which the Vita's CPU/GPU runs, increasing the "performance" of the Vita. Not all games run using the max CPU speed. Some games, like Borderlands 2 or the Jak and Daxter Trilogy run a bit laggy during gameplay and don't use the max CPU frequency set by Sony. If you increase it with oclock or BetterAmphetamin, the performance increases and the games run a bit better. What does overlocking do exactly? Games already run at normal speed, it's not like there is slow down. Does it only improve loading times?

For everything else, it's basically improves load times.
Yes, it does include the ability to overclock. Is GoHanMem 2.0 also able to overclock? One of the tabs shows something similar to what looks like overclocking.
Does overclocking with Borderlands 2 fix the crashes ?Overclocking increases the frequency at which the Vita's CPU/GPU runs, increasing the "performance" of the Vita. I've played through the game fully once, never had any crash so I dunno.Does overclocking with Borderlands 2 fix the crashes ?
And this was with or without o/c ?I've played through the game fully once, never had any crash so I dunno.

Do the games have to be dumped? I want to use this for Gravity Rush, I downloaded it from ps storeTom's link was the best option when he posted it yesterday, but Frangarcj has just released a more optimised overclocking plugin

Oclock Vita
taiHEN plugin for overclocking your PSVita
Installation
Put "oclockvita.suprx" in 'tai' folder in the root of your Vita.
Change config.txt in that directory to load plugin for title of your choice by adding new lines like below:
# titleid for your game (this one is for Root//Letter for example)
*PCSB01019
ux0:tai/oclockvita.suprx
After that just run the game and press SELECT + UP to enable menu. Press SELECT + DOWN to close menu.

Nope. Since it's a taihen plugin, it runs at the system level and can be used with any game as long as you set it up in the config.Do the games have to be dumped? I want to use this for Gravity Rush, I downloaded it from ps store
I tried it but it didnt work, could you send me a config.txt file with the code you need to write and the title id for gravity rush?Nope. Since it's a taihen plugin, it runs at the system level and can be used with any game as long as you set it up in the config.
