Which Game are you trying to convert? Because heard that not all will work.

sorry but i get nothing :c , im trying to convert pokemon sweet and some other rom hacks ^^! pokemon sweet was my first one and it didnt work...

It's against the rules to link to roms, even in an "encrypted" message on a 3rd party site. Linking to the roms is the only thing you did wrong though.

In the future just post your message here, and don't include links to warez.

ok thanks , i was really worried about that because i didnt want to get banned ._. , and at the same time sad because the rom hack didnt worked.

Your problem is GBA Pokemon games have to be SRAM patched with gbata.exe, you can get it here. http://www.no-intro.org/tools.htm
My question is do we still need a patched AGB-Firm to play GBA games? I've never bothered with injects because of the old risks of modding Sysnand back in the Menuhax days and I have a game that won't boot.

With SigHax + Luma nope. It autopatches everything the console needs correctly. What game?
