Can this be used to play Fatal Frame V? I have the trial and DLC from uTik and installed via WUP Installer Mod, but I get a soft lock whenever I boot it up. It just doesn't go past the splash screen.

Booting it up without launching Haxchi first says the DLC is corrupt, and launching it after Haxchi soft locks.

ive installed a few titles with dlc and it seems to work fine are you loading the signature check patcher wont haxchi just boot you into HBL?

also have you verified the integrity of the downloaded files it might actually be corrupted

EDIT: I installed the Signature Check Patcher and Fatal Frame launched just fine and gave me the message that it's been upgraded to the first version. Thanks.

hello all
I'm very new to the WiiU scene.. I've done alot of reading and I wanted to get a few things cleared up.

1. So I ran the iosuhax.elf from HBL, splash screen came up and took me back to system menu.. now is that the same as running CFW without having the huge fw.img on my SD ?

2. can I use haxchi to to launch iosuhax.elf by default and HBL with another button?

1. Yes. But this isnt rednand if that is what you mean.
2. Yes, but thats pointless. Haxchi contains its own sigpatched cfw. Run haxchi (to sysmenu, button b by default unless you change config.txt) - done.

No limitation compared to rednand. In fact it works better as there are no vwii issues. Is it less brick secure? Sure, but noone bricked using haxchi only cbhc because of user error. That said FIX has made cbhc as safe as possible.

Singpatcher is old and a precursor to dimoks mocha. You dont need mocha unless on rednand.

Oh, you can if not on rednand. But most use haxchi or cbhc. If you dont/cant use haxchi (didnt buy ds game or no money), mocha is another option. Boot hbl, then mocha.

If its a compatible game, haxchi.

Also I set my default to sysmenu and set my a button to boot hbl for example.

So click haxchi channel once installed reloads sysmenu with sig patches. Job done.

lets say there are several profiles on the wii u, will haxchi be available to all of them?

what happens if the profile used to install haxchi is deleted?

I´ve tried this yesterday and it´s an amazing app!
Have just two doubts:

1) I start sign patcher once, then restart hlb and run iosuhax, that´s correct or can I use one of it only?
2) After I did correctly and installed some DLC and test it, I´ve try to install a normal USA game on iosuhax mode, it completes with success but won´t appear on wii u menu, I repeat the install without patches and iosuhax, the same happens, maybre I mess with something?

I´ll try to install the game from another source and with a fresh restart and then come back.

And my suggest: IosuRAMx

1- sigpatchs are the same as iosuhax but with lesser options, so its lighter and faster to load,jut use one of them.
2- no idea ,should have appeared, you don't even need sig patchs if you're installing a game with a legit ticket that match your region.

Thank you, @Ghassen-ga! ´ll try today with another day, as the other download fail as first... It installs and even show success message but won´t appear on menu. At least won´t takes space on my disks too.

use usb download helper to download your games, they're grabbed directly from Nintendo's servers so they should work just fine, and it also verifies while downloading to see if their size matchs.

I use NUSGrabber and it rarely fails, do you recommend usb downloader instead?
