I am having the same issue as OP. I am going to change my DNS settings and report back.
Also this happens on IE, Opera, and Chrome. Fresh installs, and in browser safe modes.

UPDATE:
The download page located here redirects regardless of DNS.
Tested with Google DNS, OpenDNS, TWC DNS.

The landing page is http://farmvillerelates.ru/blognaturallanguage.cgi?8 and seems to be missing from Google DNS, OpenDNS, TWC DNS.

This is not on the users end and seems to be coded into the download page somewhere.
Here is a DNS cache report supporting this. Notice how all locations point to the same IP.

So I agree with OP. Official site is indeed down. Can someone share AOS 2.13? It's not on filetrip.net

Actually it is. The page you linked me to has a Download button, which in turn links to Filetrip. Not sure what your issue with the Ace3DSsite is but it's working fine here. It's not down, and does not redirect to anywhere. I have massive script blocks and adblocks enabled though, so I can't say what the site would do when ran on a stock browser. There's also a chance you have ad/malware on your pc causing this to happen.

Here's the file you want, though.

Thanks very much! Would you mind sharing what DNS you are using? That file didn't come up in filetrip in my search. Why is that? Is there privacy settings for uploads or something?

As for "massive script blocks" what software specifically? I have AdMuncher, the built in ad blocker from Opera. Is there a NoScript alternative I can use for Opera? It still happened though with NoScript in Chrome. Hrrng.

Idk, my ISP's DNS? I don't know anything about filetrip, as I don't use it. I just linked you the landing page of the download button of the site that you can't access. I also attempted to access that site on my Internet Explorer - a browser I absolutely despise and if the site was indeed filled with scripts that redirect to the farmville garbage, it would've happened to me. But it didn't. So I'm inclined to believe the problem lies within your browser or it's addons.

Thanks. I didn't mean to sound oppositional. Safemode in browsers disables all addons so I am not worried about that. If IE, Chrome, and Opera (along with Firefox from the OP) is having this issue then it's probably the website. I am glad you got through it though. Thanks!

EDIT: What software are you using? Is it a browser plugin like NoScript? or something else?

Adware can work from locations your Browser doesn't have any influence over,
so just because it still happens in your browsers "Safemode" doesn't mean it's an issue with the site.
Some adware can sit inside your registry and even disable your rights to edit the entries through group management.
Try running AdwCleaner to see if it finds something.
Using a clean Firefox install with only uBlock origin enabled i don't get redirected at all.
