Hacking Stuck at "Deleting... Please do not turn of the power" screen

So, I enter to the device management screen at the internal memory and a window pop-up saying "There are unnecesary content, you wish delete it?" or something like that, I press "yes" and a new screen pop-up "Deleting... Please do not turn of the power" with that sky blue circle spining, it has been like that around 10 minutes... I'm starting to get worried :/

Happend to me before, Install something to the console and it will stop doing that, then you can delete it if you want, install Wii Sports U, it's really small and you probably don't have it.

I have it on my SD and when this that barely happens I install it and then delete it, just to be safe.

Yes, it is, it was for me at least, I think that the console is not doing anything and that's the issue.

As a matter of fact the notice indicates that the deleting process would take up to 30 minutes depending on the size of the stuff installed, and that makes sense, but not sure if I should do that, since I have Haxchi in the internal memory, maybe it will wipe it out :o

It didn't wipe anything for me, I didn't have Haxchi at the time tho.
I left the console like 4 hours on and there was no other way to do it

It got fixed after that? It shouldn't detect Haxchi, it will just see Kirby Mass Murder xD

It got fixed when I installed something else with WUP Installer.

mmmhh will leave it around 30 mins and see what happen, I know there are some garbage files somewhere because the device space bar is past half, which shouldn't be the case because I only have Haxchi in there...

i pulled the power and went to data management again everything was fine ive had this a few times

this is a well known problem with the wiiu leaving it for 30 mins won't make a difference it will stay with that message for evermore until you pull the power but the fix is easy. all you do to fix it is install anything else to the wiiu as has previously been said so anything you install will fix it so purely for speed get yourself a vc game or a demo from the eshop then go to delete and it will delete the curupted data
