Homebrew Is it possible to force the frame rate of local multiplayer in Pokken to anything higher than 30fps

Seriosuly, why is it that when I play on my own system with my brother it's only 30 fps, is it possible to force a higher frame rate through cheats or homebrew in any way?

It likely plays at 30fps cause that is all the wii u can handle...

if it was possible then Bandai/Namco would have made it with a higher frame rate it's at 30fps for a reason.

If you somehow remove the fps limit, the WiiU probably won't be able to reach 60fps anyways. Most Nintendo games caps fps when playing multiplayer (like Mario Kart 8 with 3 or more players, or Hyrule Warriors' co-op mode), this is to ensure the game will run at a constant fps rate instead of having the fps act very erratic which would be much more uncomfortable.

Nintendo has always took pride in having the least powerful console in the market every time. So yeah.

That's because Smash for WiiU has a low quality model for most characters, and they are used in 8 player smash instead of the normal model, to ensure less polygon counts and whatevs so the game keeps its 60fps intact, if you remove those LQ models the game uses the normal models and it either lags like hell or simply crashes.

The problem with Pokken is that it's rendering the game twice, one image for the TV other for the Gamepad, the game even render at sub 720 to achieve decent framerate.

A solution would be totally rid off of the secondary screen and sacrifice local multiplayer, but that could require heavy code modifications.
