Woominstaller and sys config work on sysnand. I only use sys config and I don't know how to use woominstaller. (I used it once and thats it)

So the whole "if you install SCT on sysNAND you'll brick" was BS? Every guide I've seen says installing SCT to sysNAND was insta-brick. Is it just a case of you can install it but if apply the wrong settings you'll brick? I'm sick of people exaggerating the dangers associated with different hacks. It's like everything gets nerfed for the fear of what people who don't read directions and warnings might do. Like an individual who bricked doing coldboothax because he failed to follow the simple step of verifying that the Haxchi title wasn't installed to USB. He started a thread saying that if you tried coldboothax you had a 99% chance of bricking. Anyways, end rant.

Can you tell me how to install .elf files as "channels" on the Wii U menu or can you direct me to the appropriate thread?

You'd probably have to repack it with the SDK, then install it. I'd say woominstaller would work a little faster.

Actually you can build a rpx with WUT and MAKEFST. And then you can pack with the SDK, then install with sysConfig.

Yes and no. The early repacks of sct did fuck up the wii u os and brick but the most recent repack by @punderino doesn't brick.

Yeah basically everyone are pussies who are to scared to try things. Here is a (quick) list of BS spread in the wii u scene

• Out of region install = brick
• You can brick with the usb method (no iosuhax)
• region changing sysnand is a brick
• SCT is technically true at first but was BS afterwards (see first point)
• Installing shit to sysnand (not legit) will brick.
• more I can't think of

Thank you. I'll look into it. I'll probably just say screw it as having the Homebrew Launcher on the Wii U menu works well anyways. Besides, now that I know you can install SCT to sysNAND I will just use that to install titles.

why not just use haxchi with config.txt set to load WUP installer while pressing a specific button?
you would have a channel, that launches WUP installer.

you use CBHC? install a second NDS VC game to add haxchi to it.
or just do the two steps HBL channel+launch Wup installer, but that's not what you asked.

Can anybody point me in the direction of that SCT that works on sysNAND? I see a repacked SCT on punderino's pastebin but I don't know if that's the one I want as it's dated Oct 24th.
