I'm pretty sure you just got scammed. I'm sure the program has some legitimacy since its using JGecko it seems, but I really hope you didn't pay for this. And for it to work anyways you need to be able to run homebrew on your Wii U (which as of right now, everyone can).

I didn't pay for it but I saw LOADS of people use it once their key got activated. Also, I do have Homebrew Launcher.

An un-related question. Do you have RedNand?
