Hacking [HELP] My 3DS XL ( old one ) won't turn on. But the blue light (power) is up.

Hi there! It's me again. So I recently bought a this 3ds xl. And according to the seller, he left the console on "sleep mode" and after he open the console it gives him a black screen. But the power LED is up ( solid blue light, not flashing )
So I've done a research and done this:
* Remove the battery, put it back and turn it on again
*reattached the wifi card
*wait for it to turn on
And everything that can be found on the internet. But it didn't fixed it. I still have a black screen and a power light on.

I know this community can help me. I can't afford it to send in repair. So if someone can help me to do this on my own, it'll be a big big help. So please!

When he went into sleep mode, had the new 3DS been downgraded to 2.1? If so, that is known to cause an unrecoverable brick.

No. it doesn't. The firmware is on 10.2 as far as I know.

Did the seller install a9lh on your system? (If he did it should have turned off if there was no sdcard, but just to be safe check if arm9loaderhax.bin is on the root of the sdcard)

No. it is not a9lh ready. Because when i power it on the blue light stay still. Please help me.

I don't have a nand back up. What I'm trying to say is that, i will extract the nand and i will weite it again

It sounds like you bought a bricked console. Are you sure the seller is being honest with you? I can't think of a way that sleep mode would do this under normal circumstances.

Without a nand backup (which I doubt you have) there is likely no way to repair this console.

Edit: extracting a corrupt nand and then writing it back to the console will do nothing but waste time.

Also can somebody tell me, if he did a hardmod downgrade, would that not fix this? I'm only asking cause I figured something is corrupt, and if he re-writes the update pack to his console, could that work?? Or would it simply not give him access on a PC due to the fact that it can't load?

The hard mod downgrade only works because the NATIVE_FIRM is functional. If it's not an exact match to something known, then the xorpad cannot be determined and nothing can safely replace it.

He doesn't have a backup. This unit has never been modified
