Hacking Black Friday N3DS 11.0.0.33U and DSi With LoZ: Four Swords Anniversary Edition

Hey everyone, I've been looking for a while and haven't been able to find answer yet for this:

I have a Black Friday Super Mario Edition N3DS running version 11.0.0.33U. I also have a DSi with Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition. I literally just unpackaged the N3DS as it just came this morning. Is there a way to get CFW working on this? I know I can use LoZ and follow Pialect's guide, but apparently I can't do a system transfer without updating the 3DS. Is there a way to bypass this?

Plailect's guide has you use ctr-httpwn, which will allow you to do the transfer. Look at the DSiware downgrade guide again.

You need to do the transfer between two 3DS Consoles, that because if you transfer from a DSi the save isn"t going to transfer to the 3DS. So unless you have a way to inject the save from the 3DS (since you are in 11.0.0-33 you can inject the save trough slowhax/waithax), but you need to be able to access the Homebrew Launcher and also you can"t update to the lastest System Firmware.

Bypass the update nag and user browserhax on your 3ds then use ctrhttpwn to transfer from your dsi to your 3ds. Then using the hblauncher and 4swords which should then be on your 3ds use waithax to downgrade your nfirm
