After system transferring and attempting downgrade, N3DS XL Partial downgraded to 9.2. Steel Diver no longer boots into HBL so I can't run the downgrade again.

Can't seem to get HBL working through Browserhax either. (Tried installing 9.2.0 20U ropbin then renaming as browserhax_hblauncher_ropbin_payload.bin). I get Error 032-2600 Unable to play video from the browser.

Tried the 1/1/200 00:00 thing and clearing browser cache a bunch of times. Also tried the Fiddler4 block. Can't try blocking through router until tomorrow.

From what version you downgraded from?

Totally can't find the thread or the user. If all of the above-mentioned doesn't work for you, you might want to try a cart.

I'd also give more info; there might be a really simple solution.

I've never had an issue with browser hax on 9.2 with updated nfirm (which is usually where the dg fails) just scan the code and up pops hbl. No need to mess with router functions

I was following Plailect DsiWare + Other CFW system transfer

so I started on 11.2 which downgraded to 10.4 which was then supposed to downgrade to 9.2.
Can you tell me the browser version?
(Enter Browser, go to the settings, then go to the bottom of it)

Could the cause be that it's a partial downgrade?

Many schools use some form of firewall or protection, to prevent certain types of content from being viewable.

There was a time where we were able to bypass the school's network using a VPN that wasn't blocked on the radar. Can't exactly remember the name, but I was able to watch YouTube.

One of the sites that weren't blocked on the school's network was some file uploading sites. I would upload some games, write down the URL and take it to school one day.
