I have an o3DS on 10.7.0-32 (which browserhax doesn't work) and the cartridge slot also doesn't work.
Which choice do I have left for an entrypoint?

If you have an already hacked O3DS, you could system transfer an exploit over (such as steelhax) and downgrade. Unfortunately, as of right now you'd also have to update it to 11.2 since you won't be able to get homebrew access before the transfer so you'd need to do a DSiWare downgrade.

You can hold out for soundhax but there's no timetable for that to be release, the developer is holding it for now.

That ones a toughie.
Hardmod always will work so that's always an option, can pay some one to do it for you. Unfortunately without a second 3ds that is already hacked, its your only option :(

Ah yes, by "other options" I mean something self-sufficient. Of course hardmod and 2nd console with CFW works all the time. I just want to confirm that nothing else could be done by itself. Thanks for the answer though.
