If there is a reason we don't have a Noob-a-dise for Wii U sorry but thought it would helpful and I personally don't like starting new threads for basic querys when I can't find a thread.

So I'll start,

Are Loadiine ready VC Injects install able on Iosuhax/CFW/sigpatches?

You can't just pull a loadiine format and install it, so, no.

What would you recommend me installing?

I have a Wii U with redNand on a 16GB memory card. Before I setup redNand I started installing some games via brazilian method. I have also installed Haxchi.

I just received a 64GB SD card that I intend to use instead becasue it will make it easier to install larger games that couldn't fit on the 16GB card.

What do you recommend? Doing a fresh redNand and format my USB or some other type of installation?

Tips and suggestions are much appreciated.

I would move away from redNAND or use Mocha's redNAND if you want to keep using it. Why not just use CBCH since you've already got HaxChi?

Install CBCH and then you will have all the same abilities as redNAND except on sysNAND. This brings an inherent risk of course since you're not messing with an emulated NAND but if you follow instructions and don't mess with stuff you know nothing about then you're good to go. Easy peasy. Plus with CBCH you can play vWii too and also you won't waste any space on your SD for the redNAND.

And best of all... cold boot. Turn on the Wii U and BOOM, you're running patched CFW on sysNAND. No more need to run anything to play your games or homebrew. You can install custom channels and what not.

Thanks a lot. Just the kind of answer I was looking for. Might have been unnecessary to get the larger card though. But I think I will find it useful anyway.

So this is my holy grail? http://gbatemp.net/threads/cbhc-v1-4-coldboot-haxchi-cfw.452615/

Not to sound like i'm shitting on all the hardwork people put in to rednand, in the event of a update and some more development it will be very useful hopefully.

But unless your really in to excessive caution or helping test out beta rednand has no benefits over CBCH/Sysnand right now. No vWii and takes a bunch of space on your card.

If only wupinstaller could repack on the fly, that would be awesome. Maybe look at this later....

We really need some easy inject tools, the current install able inject guides pretty ridiculous.

That's the link. Just make sure your HaxChi is installed on SysNAND not usb. Unplug all usb when installing CBHC. Then when it's all done set CBHC to autoboot to system menu. It will patch it when it autoboots. After that I would hide your CBHC icon far to the right of your system menu so you don't accidently delete it or something. If you want to boot to HBL or something else press home button when the screen says "autobooting"

OR just download and install the HBL channel. It works well with CBHC

Good stuff. Thanks a lot.

I think this will fit me well and I appreciate you helping me figure out what's currently the 'best' method.

how do i get a save done with a loadiine version onto my wii u for usb version?
Run the game once from usb to create the save.
Next use saviine to dump that save from usb to your computer.
Next copy your Loadiine save into the save that it dumped. Unique save goes into the 8x00... folder. Move the files from "u" to that folder. Don't move the u folder itself. Files inside of "c" go in a folder called "common" right next to the 8x00... folder.
Next move that game save folder (the one with the long list of numbers. The title id) over to the inject folder on your PC inside of saviine.
Next inject. Done

Hi noobs and noob helpers.

I have a situation I need to try to get resolved fairly quickly, holiday related.

Wii U 1 - Has NIDs, some content, not much here overall, but it is the Zelda Edition and does have a few purchased items on it

Wii U 2 - No NIDs anymore, has a LOT of content. Purchased Mario Maker, Earthbound, Smash Wii U dlc, and more, but it was all done under a friend's NID. We removed his info from the system when he gave it to me.

I want to move the content from Wii U 2 over to Wii U 1 without losing everything that is on Wii U 1. Redownloading owned content isn't out of the question, but in the end my goal is to have all legally purchased content on my Zelda system and wipe Wii U 2.

Can anyone here tell me how I might accomplish this?

The only way you can move content over is to have nintendo do the switch for you. If you want to just redownload content that you already own then use Wii U Helper and download the games and install them using Ticket Trick method. I would install HaxChi, then install HBHC and boot to a patched sysnand. From there you can install any game that was on Wii U 1 by redownloading it from Wii U Helper. As far as legit saved games and DLC you won't be able to get that without your friends NID. You can install updates and DLC just fine on patched sysNAND but it won't be the same "legit" purchased stuff from Wii U 1

So the Wii U to Wii U transfer doesn't work?

I was thinking I could do a Wii U 2 --> Wii U 1 transfer, then possibly redownload the items using my NID on Wii U 1 as it is mine (assuming I can remember my passwords and such), but I didn't want to wipe out my save data from Wii U 1 in the process if I could avoid it, and I'd rather keep the legit Zelda Windwaker HD and Hyrule Historia content. We don't really care too much about the save data from Wii U 2, just the DLC and legit games.

Thanks for the fast answer!
