If you look anywhere on google news and put in mynintendo, there is a lot of articles saying the same thing. (not saying its not a Hoax)

People in Florida and new York have stated to have received an invitation.

Yea i got one and i managed to snag two tickets for me and my bud. I was playing overwatch and it was in my email when i finished (lucky me i checked). Only 9 minutes ago and i made it when there were 3 tickets left on the last day on the final hour

Doubt they would. They would probably have some kind of non-disclosure clause to stop you from releasing hardware info too early.

Your purpose is to test the console and search for bugs, nothing more, nothing less

I read a Reddit post about this a while back (surprised this didn't get reported on earlier but to little information). It's possibly based on region. I haven't gotten a email. Who knows
