Hacking Can i use ticket DB to get dsiware needed to downgrade a 11.0 ds?

It won't work. The game has to be FULLY legit, as during System Transfer the console checks the tickets on the console against Nintendo's servers and anything that was not purchased on it will not make it through the transfer.

No you can't. I think this program still using other console ticket to download apps.
Which when doing transfer, title that ticket doesn't match the console won't transfer.
Only way to make DSiware app transfer is legimate buy it.

As a cia file unless you play before the release or are caught hacking ban are not really a problem

Np, gw and sky3ds had ban issues with a public header but cia files use the unique console id
