ROM Hack NTR CFW cheats in Pokemon Super mystery dungeon (QUESTION)

Hi! My question is. How access or active the cheats?
I was install NTR CFW 3.4 on mi Old3DS, but I don't know how access to the menu (cheats) in game.

I Took the pulgin of this page: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-super-pokemon-mystery-dungeon-cheat-plugin.420115/

This other page mentions that in this game the cheats are active with a menu: http://ntrplugins.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Plugins ( Doesn't mention how to access too).

My game is EUR and used in my SD://pulgin/0004000000174400/ cheat.plg (Here are used "pulgin" and "Pulgins" but I don't see a diference).
(I took the titleid for http://www.3dsdb.com/)

For speedfly plugins, to access the cheat menu, you need to press X+Y.

For the plugins in to work, the folder name needs to be named plugin, not pulgin. The folder name is very specific. Some cheats also require that you press Select to open the cheat menu.
