I just watched the Tutorial from Flare Games and I never saw this Icon.(At the End of the Post)
For what is it used ?
Is it standard preinstalled in the U.S. ?(PAL doesn't have this Icon)

I don't have it, but some of my friends have it, it's installed when you go to a nintendo zone spot with your 3ds on

It's pre-installed on USA consoles. Tapping it just gives a message saying the feature has been discontinued, but thanks for using!

    It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
