Hacking Can not find the Old 3DS 2.1.0 - USA - ctrtransfer files

On the the guie here https://3ds.guide/2.1.0-ctrtransfer the files to downgrade 2.1.0 are not working for me. Does anyone have this files I can use?

I'm pretty sure those are copyrighted by Nintendo, so providing a link or directly telling you where to get them, would be against forum rules. Sorry.

Okay, gotcha. So do you know if there is any other way to downgrade from 9.2 to 2.1? Since I can not download the files from the guide I will need to find some other way to get the custom firmware installed on my 3ds. I have looked at the other threads and have not found anything thus far that will accomplish that.

Google around for them. I'm sure they are hosted on some other site. Maybe on special iso sites for 3ds?

Yeah, either I really sucked or they are hard to find. I have been searching for 2 hours with no results.

you need to use a torrent client like Utorrent to download them
