Hacking Is there anyway for me to run Homebrew on latest firmware without OoT?

No.

You can only use Homebrew if you have an Exploited game

If you can find Power Save, you can use it to install an exploit on OOT3D cart.
Eshop version don't work.

only way to run homebrew without OOT is if you're running on CFW.. otherwise, no.. you'd need an exploit..

Without an entrypoint game. There are plenty of ways to run homebrew withou OoT. Like Cubic Ninja, Freakyforms Deluxe, etc.

To get to the hbl without a gamecart you need to wait for browserhax to come out on 11.2 which seems unlikely at the moment.
