Homebrew DSiWare Downgrade Question - Sudokuhax on EUR 3DS?

When the list of DSiWare titles compatible with the DSiWare Downgrade method was released, it initially said SUDOKU was compatible with USA and EUR consoles. After seeing this I purchased SUDOKU, however the list now says that it is only compatible with USA consoles.

At the top of the list it says that 'EUR DSiWare uses Exidiahax (temporarily)', so my question is: is it likely that Sudokuhax will be available for EUR DSiWare eventually? Or would it be best to purchase one of the Exidiahax compatible titles just to be on the safe side?

They removed sudoku as a compatible game since they can't find the old version of sudoku .app yet. It says temporarily on the Exidiahax because it's still a possibility to use sudoku hax. (until someone or somehow they managed to get their hands on the v0 of EUR sudoku)

Another reason why sudoku was removed as a compatible dsiware game is, the .sav and .app of exidia is larger than what sudoku uses.

It's possible sudoku EU will be an injection hax game at some point, but someone who had it on their DSi (likely for dsi sudokuhax 2011) would have to dump it. If there was a concerted effort to get the word out, it's more likely to happen (check this thread and start PMing EU flagged people). Better be quick about it, because this hax method is easily fixable with a 3ds-mode code update by ninty.

Wow, so that's how easy it is to be fixed huh? I guess firmware update will be just around the corner.
