Hacking No Health and Safety App after A9LH install

Hi everybody,

I am almost done with my A9LH setup.

The guide says:

Section VI - Finalizing setup

1. Open Health and Safety (which is now FBI)
2. Select “SD”

What does this mean? Where to find Healt and Safety? In the prior step I did a dump and an inject from the health and safety menu but there is no "SD" option.

Went something wrong?

When going to where H&S app previously was, do you see FBI?

Previously I did this:

Section V - Injecting FBI

1. Open Hourglass9 from arm9loaderhax by holding (Start) on boot
2. Go to “SysNAND Backup/Restore”, then select the “Health&Safety Dump” option to dump Health & Safety to hs.app (you can use Up and Down / Left and Right to change the name)
3. Press (B), then select the “Health&Safety Inject” option
4. Select the FBI injectable .app for your region
5. Press (A) and confirm to inject
6. Press (Start) to reboot
7. If you still launch to the stock Health & Safety app and have downgraded with Gateway in the past, follow this troubleshooting guide

Next step is:

ection VI - Finalizing setup

4. Navigate to FBI.cia and press (A) to install

But I don't know where I should "Open Health and Safety (which is now FBI)"

No FBI anywhere

But I don't know where I should "Open Health and Safety (which is now FBI)"

No FBI anywhere

On your homemenu the banner should be fbi

Sadly there isn't. I only see a cuple packages because I restored my EmuNand and an app called "SAVeFL"

Isnt there the normal H&S app ? If it is there inject again

Dump Health And Safety again.
Patch it with FBI.
Inject FBI again.
Profit.

I did it again but it is not there...

I press Start while boot. THe godmode app launches. I go to SysNand Backup... Select Health&Safety Dump then I go to Health&Safety Inject and select the FBI for my region (EUR). Press A. then reboot, but no FBI on the home screen....

can you take a picture of what does it say when the inject finish? i think i know whats causing the error, does it displays red colored words?

No red Text. Green Text Says:

Yes its on the home menu

If there is no Health and Safety app neither FBI, then you deleted it, and you will have to:
Download your 3DS Health And safety app using Nusgrabber or any app downloader for 3ds.
Pack it as .cia.
Download FBI, the .3dsx file
Rename it to boot.3dsx and place it on the root of your SD card. OR download Homebrew Launcher and place it on the root of your SD, and then place FBI.3dsx into sd:/3ds/fbi/fbi.3dsx
and boot it up using any possible entrypoints.
install the Health and Safety.cia using FBI, and that would be it.

If there is no Health and Safety app neither FBI, then you deleted it, and you will have to:

There is an easier way than this.

1. Try to perform a system update. If Health&Safety is missing this will install it

2. If the system update says your system is up to date, then Health&Safety is present but not working for some reason. After this, delete it using FBI (google for the title id) then try the system update again.

I did tell you this in the other thread.

The yellow triangle game icon is health and safety, look for it. The banner should show "FBI" in a blue/white 3D square. open that and inside the app select the "SD" option to browse your sd card and look for "fbi.cia" "hb_loader.cia" and "lumaupdater.cia"
