Well power saves servers and cyber gadgets decypt your save with out using a 3ds.

because of the cryptography. you would need all the keys to decrypt and encrypt it. since an save game dumper on the 3ds is running on the 3ds it can use the keys to decrypt and encrypt the exdata just like a normal game does.

saves on carts are not console specific. power saves don't touch exdata. they even migt know how they are encrypted. id like to see them powersaves exdata on the sd card....
