Homebrew Is it safe to update 3ds on Luma3ds/Rednand?

Hi, my 3ds' Sysnand is on version 9.2. However, my Luma3ds or Rednand version is on 11.0.0-33u. I cannot access the eshop or play certain games online unless I update.. So is there anything I have to do, or can I simply just update my 3ds on Rednand since it isn't affecting my sysnand? Thanks in advance.

Update Luma then update your rednand.

Yep, if you don't have LumaUpdater then just get the latest files and paste them into the right places on your SD card.
