Hacking Something got wrong with my FBI cia. (SD was removed message)

Okay, (N3DS A9LH)
I was just booting up the FBI normally like any day and all the sudden, it told me that the "MicroSD card was removed" but it is not true in this case.

So, I tested the others cias I have installed and all of them were good except FBI, FBI had no header.
Still, the message appeared.

After that, I just injected the FBI injectable file to my Health&Security app using Decrypt9WIP in order to re-install the cia itself to my Home Menu.
But it gave me an error stating, "Module doesn't exist" so I tried to install another thing but nothing could install.

All the sudden, after I closed the Health&Security FBI app, ALL MY CIAS that I have installed prior, disappeared. (also, it remained the same after I installed the hs.app back again)

Fun Fact: My MicroSD Card is intact without any error inside whatsoever.

Basic question but have you tried taking your sd card, getting it out and putting it back in again?

The strange thing is that my Data Management appears all my cias

This happened to me once. Only System Formatting the console helped me, I could install again with FBI after the formatting (I had FBI injected).

Not sure if there's any other solution.

If you happen to restore FBI functionality without Formatting, then reinstall your games' tickets with CIAngel, and they'll appear again.

However, I don't know of a way to do this without formatting.

No! System Formatting doesn't affect A9LH. It simply erases your games, you can re-inject FBI and install everything back after that.

Again, SYSTEM FORMAT DOESN'T WIPE OUT A9LH!

System format will only unlink your NNID and create a new folder into your "Nintendo 3DS" folder after deleting your games already installed.
It will not mess anything installed on the NAND (like system titles or the FBI injected on the H&S app)

Oh then I'm good since I didn't have anything important on my newly hacked N3DS.

...Hacking for the 6th time and with my first N3DS has been only with unexplainable errors.

My 1st and 2nd was the O3DS and my friend's. The 3rd was my sister. (RxTools)

4th and 5th, was mine and my sister from RxTools to A9LH but unfortunately, I was one of the Pokemon Moon early online lol.
