In data management there is an option for dsiware to copy them to the sd card. What is that for?

I believe it's just in case if your NAND has no more space left, because DSiWare titles can´t be played through SDCard

Nope, just like 3DS games they are tethered to the system.

Yup, pretty much.
All forms of piracy either need a CFW or you need to buy a Sky3DS (which only works with 3DS games, not DSi)
You can get a flashcart that works with DS games, but still not DSiware.

If you have TLoZ four swords on your 3DS or a DSi you can have DSiWarehax for free (like me)

There are 4 games with a usable exploit. If there were more, they would have been added to the guide

The better question is, do you already have a hacked system? DSiware downgrade still requires a second system that has already been hacked to install the exploit.
