Hi folks,
I'm stucked and I don't know what to do next.

So, my setup is the following:
N3DS XL
Sysnand on 9.0.0-20E
Emunand on 11.2.0-35E

I followed the following tutorial to install the emunand with al9h (under How to setup (N3DS)):
http://www.gateway-3ds.com/private-beta-program/

So after installation my file structure is the following:
3DS_BAK (folder)
Nintendo 3DS (folder)
LAUNCHER.DAT
log.txt
NAND.BIN
OTP.BIN
tm_n3ds_eur.bin

Thats all

So, now I wanted to install and launch Decrypt9WIP, I tried different ways but no one actually worked for me (or I wasn't sure how and where to start)
Then I found that we can use homebrew launcher from home menu (via cia installation).

So I installed the hbl cia with FBI into emunand (also tried with sysnand later).
Then I added the boot.3dsx file into my root path and I was able to boot the hbl.
When I then added the Decrypt9WIP folder to the 3ds sub folder (which is containing the 3dsx and smdh file) I was able to see the Decrypt9WIP in hbl, but once I try to boot it, its just return back to the hbl.

I also tried a bootmanager, but this just ended a in red screen on the bottom. Looks like it was trying to boot the Decrypt9WIP, returned to the hbl startup process (where the bottom screen turns greend, yellow, blue, red, etc.) and tried to start the Decrypt9WIP again.

Any ideas to help me?

You did a9lh with gateway's method and didn't brick? You should first, get on your knees and thank the deity of your choice.

I just had a look at the link above and it looks simple enough to me. I highly recommend following @Quantumcat 's advice.

I did this so long ago that I'm still on a pre-a9lh v2 setup myself. In fact, I'm using a multiple stage 2 setup and Gateway can be booted either via Luma chain loading, or bootanim9 chainloading. Just depends on which button I want to hold. Multiple stage 2 stuff is here (but if you're indeed on v2 of a9lh, I'm not sure you should touch it...: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-three-stage-2.429303/

If you've installed the GW version of a9lh I'm pretty sure everyone here [gateway users included] will tell you to quickly switch to the commumity version.

In regards to decrypt9 - with a9lh you shpuld be using the .bin file but not sure if the GW version even loads them. The 3dsx version should work on 9.0 but might take a few tries - that should be on 9.2 though

Restore a NAND backup from prior to the Gateway installation (name it NAND.bin, put it on the root of your SD card and hold Up on the downgrade option in the Gateway menu). Then, follow https://3ds.guide/get-started

Afterwards if you still want to use Gateway, follow https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-using-luma3ds-with-gateway-on-v2-a9lh.431691/
I'll follow your advice later this day, thank you for this :)

Well, I did it now about 5 times and I never got any kind of problems xD. The way which is described on the gateway site is and was working for me perfectly :)

Why you think they would do so? The gateway method is working quite good for me (also in my opinion it's quite simple).
Aslong GW users don't want to use other apps (like decrypt9 and so on) everything is working. Installing cia's, playing then, as well as 3DS files are working.

Firm protection alone would be why you'd be steered away from GW's a9lh.

the biggest problem wirh GWa9 is that you're locked on the gateway cart. One day, your GW Cart may be lost or stop working, then your console will literally brick as well. The community's version keeps improving and offers more features. There's really no reason to use GW's setup.

Well, I followed every step and mostly all is working fine.
I can boot into "normal" mode aswell as in GW mode, install CIA's and all this.
But when I launch HBL and want to start the Decrypt9WIP, I get the same behavior as I described in my first post.
Any ideas what do to?

Maybe using the .bin version will work?
In regards to decrypt9 - with a9lh you shpuld be using the .bin file

How can I actually do it?

EDIT:
Ah, is it maybe a problem that I updated my N3DS to the newest version? Because the guide told me to do so.... Any tips?

EDIT2: ok, well. I found out how this stuff is working, now I got it :) thx
For all others, put the bin version into the payloads folder and give the file an appropriate name (like up_Decrypt9WIP.bin, then press UP while booting)
