So uh, the ban wave is still in effect? It's been a week now and I've been using the leaked cia online, since the official release of the game. (I played offline before the release.)
If you did not catch it, the first sentence was sarcasm. Don't actually answer that.

There was a member here that wanted me to come check back with him when I would be banned or not. Forgot his username lol. But anyway, I am not banned and am in the clear, as expected. Now where's my cookie?

Basically for anyone still doubting, yes, you can go online with Lurantis' cia, it does not matter at all.

Now to upload my save into my Moon cart yet again. (yes, I still bought the game :))

Get outta here you fake pirate!

I wonder how many are installing MM and using the online 2 days before release...they wont make the same mistake twice, right?

Its tempting but im not gonna take that risk again no way I am not that stupid
(ok maybe I am just a tad...)
Jokes aside I am not going online with Mario Maker I don't want another ban and I think we can all agree with this

(And I broke my text size ignore it)

may there be a bypass ban?

Depends entirely on the ban. Some, you can get around - others you won't. There's also one where you'll unban yourself but Nintendo can (and have) rebanned you after (shared friend seed. Some have had their bans elevated from an Online only ban to a full perma ban) doing so.

You'll find these links useful:

A9LH Unban method

Any way to save a banned NNID now?

All 3 methods of unbanning your 3DS (#3 no longer works FYI)

As always - do this at your own risk! I (and anyone else) are not responsible for any issue which may occur such as bricking!

Well, they've already started (perma) banning people using public friendseed_A files, so it's entirely possible Nintendo will notice something up (especially after the Sun/Moon fiasco).

They could start detecting sudden changes in console ID and NNIDs linked to it and take action from there (as they keep track of system transfers and support granted NNID moves to other 3DS' etc (hence the "wait a week to system transfer" and wait 3 months for support transfer) meaning if there's a sudden, unexplained change in recent NNIDs and console IDs, they can look up the ID for any system transfers and if none exists - bans you again etc.

At the moment, there's no sign of that (so you're safe) but since Nintendo obviously never thought we'd be able to unban 3DS' - it's entirely possible they'll take action in the future.

i changed the old serial numbers and the different region to same with my banned 3ds' serial numbers and also the region too on friendseed file while i transfer it to my banned 3ds. how can nintendo see the difference?
