I made a previous thread about how I blew the fuse on the wii, so I removed it and bridged it.
Now that I have done that, it successfully turns on when plugged into a wall.
However, unlike before I blew the fuse, my 12v battery pack no longer powers it. The battery bank immediately turns off when trying to power the wii. The battery bank still works, as it still powers my gamecube just fine. It's definitely not low on battery life.
Is the fuse necessary to power it with a battery? What's going on here?
EDIT: I got it to power with the battery.
For some reason, it needed to be powered in the wall first and now it works from the battery. (???) Strange, but it works nonetheless.
Any ideas why this happened though?
