and apparently,people are paying $1 to unlock cheat for one game to use it,it's called prime.
the game cheats unlocked the same day of the game releases but it's not free for all users,you have to wait 40 days to be able to use it for free,or pay $1 for one game and use the code as much as you want.

question,IV and EV and shiny modified pokemon using powersave,are they legit? in pokehex you can make them legit
but i don't know how it works on powersave.
i still have my old powersave but it's been 2 years the last time i used it.

don't use a powersaves, it isn't worth it anymore, we have CFW that has far bypassed powersaves

especially considering it isn't free to use the cheats

Not everyone is able to get CFW, most people already have powersaves, and for some the cost of a hardmod is far greater than the cost of a powersaves.

well,there is homebrew and save backup you can use it on non CFW 3DS.
it's not that hard,there is still many exploits working now on 11.2.

Yes but Sumo has PASLR. Hombrew menu doesn't support that, anyone on a firmware that requires hardmods (not including dsiware downgrade because those games are pulled) will not be able to use save management, stuff like braindump, HANS, etc. due to PASLR. This will be fixed, but possibly not for a while as smea's on a business trip all around the world.

For now, powersaves is the best way to go if you're not Keen on waiting, and they're cheap.

The codes for X/Y made the pokemon illegitimate, so I can only assume the same applies for S/M.

I only used the Powersave on Pokémon for the events, and backup saves before I discovered the 3DS scene, most of my uses were on Monster Hunter 4 because farming is such a pain, now my powersave is only used for OoTHax xD very useful to install A9LH for friends
