Hacking Temporarily changing region for a9lh install.

Hi guys, just abquick question about the region changing instruction in the plailect guide.

I'm picking up a brand new n3dsXL tomorrow morning, that has 10.7 firmware. Which I plan on installing a9lh + Luma to. (I own various game entry points)

I already have a N3dsXL on 11.2 that is from the USA.

My question is, if I change the region on the PAL 3DS to USA could I then use it to initiate the system transfer downgrade, thus having 2 XL on CFW?

Further to that, could I then change the region of my newly acquired 3DS back to pal, as to access the eshop as per usual?

pretty sure region changing breaks all eshop/nnid services (including system transfers) so no it probably will not work

Last I heard (and I doubt it changed) it took massive amounts of sniffing data, manually modifying it, etc. and another console of that region to use as a base.
YifanLu did it and... I don't know of anyone else, really.
