Search up the app you want and put "no psn" after it. For example Netflix No PSN. You will find .PKG files you can download and when you use them it doesn't make you login to use Netflix (Or any other certain app)

It's not CID generation it's just a random number generator. Also he said PSN account, not console ban. BTW Sony is using that as a method too banning more people so I don't recommend doing it.

Yes correct. Of course console ban is different and you yourself can unban the console (if you are on CFW).
