Gaming Can't obtain TM48 in Pokemon Sun

I can't get TM48 Round for some reason. I know it's supposed to be found in the Hau'oli City Shopping District top floor by talking to an Alolan Grimer, but I don't see it anywhere. I've been searching around and trying to find out why the Grimer won't appear, but I haven't found any answers yet. I've completed the game too and it's the only TM I'm missing. A picture of my situation is below. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Just curious, but did you get this TM also? If you did, which day?

You need to watch the show where they showcase the Ride Pokemon (at least need to see Tauros, although I watched the first 2), then on any day afterward, the Grimer will be there. I believe I watched the show on Wednesday.

I watched the show a couple of days ago, but I don't see the Grimer still. I'm trying to change the days in my System Settings to see if it pops up though.

Hang on. Did you go do the event at the Recycling Center on Ula'ula Island?

Edit: In the event mentioned, you'll need to battle an Alolan Muk, then an Alolan Grimer.

Yeah, I did it. Does it affect the Grimer appearing in Hau'oli City's Shopping District? I really appreciate your help btw!

If you already did it, then that can't be it. I'll need to do some more digging to figure out the trigger for that Grimer. Hang tight.

Edit: Did you try at night in-game? Serebii's Hau'oli City page at Pokearth says it happens at night.

Nope, I'll try it at night in a couple hours, I'll report back here with what happened. Thanks so much for taking the time to help out, I really appreciate it.

EDIT: Screw it, I skipped to night and... you're the best! The Grimer did appear and I finally got TM48! Thank you so much, I wish the TM guides I looked at specified it was at night only, but none of them did. Thanks again!
