Pokemon soonmooohooohhh (moon) i want my money back

Hey dear nintendo 3Ds owners,

i played today the game pokemon moon (mooooh, yes i love you more than pokemon my dear cow lady) and i WASTED 3 HOURS of time.

I started the game, got my first pokemon (raupy....) and i fighted against flegmon or what the name was (this "pink" pokemon). Flegmon used all the 3 hours only 2/3 (which was good) of his attacks (2 buff attacks only). My raupy falled into sleep the most times because flegmons buff. So i was not able to hit each round.

The whole fight sesson was that: Flegmon used a buff to set my raupy under sleep -> i try to attack, but the game says my raupy is sleeping -> Flegmon used a buff for hisself (increase his stat or what the buff does...) -> i try to attack but my raupy still sleeps -> Flegmon uses his buff again to set my raupy under sleep while he is already under sleep -> i try to attack but i am still under sleep -> flegmon uses again sleep buff -> i try to attack AND NOW my raupy woke up and MADE one hit -> Flegmon lost 1HP (omg...), he uses again his buff and my raupy falls into sleep -> i try to attack but my raupy is sleeping -> flegmon buffs hisself -> i try to attack and my raupy wakes up, so it makes one hit -> flegmon lost 1HP, he sets me under sleep again .... -> and it repeated and repeated and repeated and repeated.....

It repeated so long and after 3 hours finally, flegmon had 1HP LEFT... i tried to attack him after i was a 1.000 time under sleep, and what happened ? attack declined because raupy was under sleep and round ended, and where flegmons round started, he started using ONE time his MAIN ATTACK to hit me finally, and i DIED WITH ONE HIT while i had FULL HP.... i wasted 3 hours.

I want my money back. Please nintendo give my money back or my life time.

They HAVE TO refund, sorry. If nintendo declines, i will call the lawyer and i know a good one, and if i call him, nintendo can pay like 10.000$.

unless refunds are required by law in your area, they don't have to refund. not to mention the game, in this case, worked as intended.

i wanted for my raupy only 1x level up and raupy is my first and last and only pokemon :x. He was not strong, so i said my self: lets walk trough grass and do a random fight to lvl him up.But after 3 hours: RIP from 11/21/16 09:24PM to 11/21/16 12:21AM....

Just wait until you get exp share to level up weak pokemon.

Run, and find the next pokemon to battle with. Just give up on a battle that you won't win.

Seriously why would you want to battle a Slowpoke for 3 hours with no win in sight.

HOW can i level up my raupy if he is the only pokemon that i have and got ? my raupy is level 3 i guess, and i died already against a lvl3 bird (dont know the name) and another lvl 3 pokemon.... its not possible to lvl up with only one pokemon that is not able to fight because he dies with ONE hit and he makes only 1HP damage XD.

Maybe i bring the professor to the lawyer.
