I highly doubt that would work considering all used merchandise is treated "as-is", and Nintendo most likely wouldn't offer any help. That's like buying a used car then demanding that the manufacturer repair anything wrong with it.

I think I still might wait a while to see if anything to correctly evade the ban without making a new NNID pops up, I really don't wanna lose all my purchases, even though I can just re-pirate them, knowing those aren't my copies that I bought bugs me somewhat.

I remember when I tried studying German once, that was fun and kinda easy due to the similar grammar. One things that tripped me up -- as it always does -- is the weird noun gender thing German has.

I tried that out but it didn't work correctly for me. It'd give me errors when trying to re-link my NNID or use it without unlinking.
