Moon did but SUN I believe was fine. I don't think they banned based on that though, I think it was because it was flagged as Digital when a Digital version wasn't out yet.

I'm going to wait till tomorrow and see who are playing the leaked versions online on the 18th (like we all should of did instead of playing online too early) If no one gets banned after a week then it should be fine
