They are the same but the subregion is important.

I hope the leaked cias arent the problem. Here where I live my internet has a bandwidth limit, so I wouldnt be able to download the game again. It sucks so much

I'm going to wait till tomorrow and see who are playing the leaked versions online on the 18th (like we all should of did instead of playing online too early) If no one gets banned after a week then it should be fine
