no, as long as you have wifi disabled youre perfectly fine. ive been to the festival plaza multiple times. you can play it offline too

no, if you just open the Festival Plaza it dosen't connect directly to the internet, there is an option inside festival plaza to connect the game to the internet, use festival plaza with the wireless off just to be sure you don't get online by accident.

well nobody is really sure, i heard tha the game itsefl (the file tha was leaked) contains a version number tha will make the game detectable by nintendo after the game release, that is why many are deleting the game and the ticket just to be sure they don't get banned. all of this is jus especulation, as for me i alredy deleted the game and the ticket, and i'm going to wait for the game to apper on the freeshop to play it.

I don't think so. I've been using Festival Plaza (with the wireless on) for a week and not banned, probably because I've only used the offline features of Festival Plaza and never connected to online services.

nope, plaza works with offline and they really made sure it will work offline

Well, i don't know much about the way the files work, and what kind of information is sent when you conect the game to the servers, as i said, there is a lot rumors and especulation, i'm just taking every precaution i can, maybey i'm over reacting. i'll wait and see what hapens.

Even if you have Wi-Fi enabled, you won't be banned. Games cannot force your Wi-Fi on without disclosing it to you first.
