Homebrew If i never went online w/ Moon, am i good ?

like title says i never even tried the online modes when the game ran i never even left wifi on , only time wifi has gone on was SD Management

am i still knackered?

Ive played ac:nl alot online with it installed, but you can be extra safe if you want.

AFAIK, Freeshop doesn't use your NNID at all. My o3DS is currently using a restored NAND backup after System Transfer to my n3DS and my NNID is quite nonfunctional on there. Freeshop still functions fine. The homebrew titlekey apps still work fine on it as well.

I can't say anything for certain about other homebrew, but I highly doubt any of them require NNID to be functional. 3DS is quite capable of connecting to the Internet without touching Ninty's servers, so playing online and eshop are the only things affected by NNID bans. AFAIK, Nintendo can't prevent your 3DS from connecting to the Internet.
