I honestly didn't know that the Festival was the online plaza. I just popped into it and left immediately after the introduction to it.

Yeah. It wasn't apparent until I rebooted my system, but I soon got the error codes after it came back on and I tried opening my friend list.

Transferred local_friend_code_B from unbanned to banned fixes 002-0102 (though this code my be just a temp ban anywaY)
No solution for 022-2812 (eshop ban, may be perm)

faking a friend_code_B won't solve the problem, has to originate from another console

That's kind of irrelevant since I said I didn't even know what it was for until I went to it.

In a chat session with Nintendo they stated that they can manually remove the ban under certain conditions, would that imply it's rather a permanent or temporarily one?

Crap I'm banned too. I have another 3ds, how can I get the necessary files from it to inject into this one?

I dont know if this is legal, but if you tinyformat your 3ds it will bypass 022-2812, I already tried it and it worked, as of the other one I've heard that it is a 15 days ban which is not bad since we were stupid enough to go online, I hope this helps and remember to backup you nand before you do anything. I'm still trying method to bypass the temp ban so I'll let you know if I find anything

Festival doe snot go online automatically does it? Because I tried it once for the tutorial on it and left. I never used any communication features. I am not banned, so I have to assume the plaza does not automatically go online.

Are you referring to the eShop inaccessibility or the error code received when you try to go online in general. (To me it'd make sense if it only was the latter one, but want to make sure)

Guys it is a perma ban just got off the phone with nitendo they stated that is perma ban for using unauthorized content
